\n\tour terrific team<\/h1>\n\n\t\n\n\tLoraine Mitchell and Suzy Howard\n\n\tThis photo was taken on quite a brisk winter’s day at Little Narrabeen. Loraine’s kids were trying to get in the shot, or climb the sheer cliff face behind. Suzy’s other half was “Props Man” and Loraine’s husband was drawing in the sand. It was a family affair.\n\n\tBoth Northern Beaches girls, having worked together for over a decade and really were only brought together by their similar values and Loraine’s wit. They are the best of friends and working together is easy, as they rely on each other for professionalism, dedication and fun.\n\n\tWhere it all started: It was July 2006 when the Northern Beaches recruitment revolution started and local residents and employers began to be heard. The local job market was crying out for a new, fresh approach… The local workforce needed to be supported and represented professionally. Local employers wanted a recruitment agency that would operate and deliver outside of the “bums on seats” mentality…\n
