HIRE NOW FOR A JANUARY START

NOW IS THE BEST TIME TO HIRE FOR 2024

Delaying your recruitment drive until January means a March/April start date. Your team can’t wait that long.

The time is NOW to secure your early 2024 starters.

Talent in the market at this time of year are highly driven and very proactive.

Here’s our strategy guide that will deliver early starters in 2024:

November Week 3 (20th-24th):
THE JOB BRIEF
Brief your preferred recruiter comprehensively. The key to a successful campaign is providing as much detail as you can so your recruiter can develop a competency matrix and cultural/management alignment guide.

December Week 1 (4th):
SHORTLIST PROVIDED
Good recruiters have a handle on the market and will have developed the campaign, reached out to passive and active talent, prescreened, matched and submitted for your review within a couple of weeks.  This shortlist of talent will be ready to start the interview process.

December Week 1 & 2 (4th-15th):
INTERVIEWS
The interview process is where availability and feedback should take priority. 2-3 stages (depending on the seniority of the role) should be undertaken within a maximum 2-week timeframe. Background checks will be managed by your recruiter concurrently.

December Week 3 (18th-22nd):
THE OFFER
The exciting part, the offer and acceptance! Your chosen candidate can serve their notice period and have a couple of weeks of break in January and be ready to start in late January.

This is an in-demand time of year however, we make this possible due to our speed. We are 2.5x faster than the industry norm!
