Recently, I have interviewed some great talent – As a whole people are looking to take the next step in their career, they’re positive, driven and proactive in their search. The calibre is extraordinary and its clear to me that now is the time to hire for the future, snap up the quality so, we can rebuild and refocus after a miserable 6 months.

Digital marketing – the highest growth area in e.comm, this individual is looking to build on a solid marketing base with additional years of digital experience

Behind the CV: Karl sees him self in a smaller business, maybe a start-up or family owned. He thrives on collaboration and the excitement of building a new business or developments.
